I am currently a subscriber of Dialog TV.
Currently, these are the subjects that Dialog TV should address to make their service a better one:-
- Add more premium channels
- Solve the duplicate channels problem on the technical side
- Increase signal power
- Increase quality of local channels
- Solve picture freezing on SET (maybe a problem with SET's own signal)
- Do something about the picture freezing on CH01 DialogTV (get a faster computer or something to speed up the video)
- Add more local radio channels (including Neth FM, Dialog's own radio network)

too much duplicity of channels by the satellite tv providers. would like to see the sky network and fox network offered as a separate package or included in the premium package and maybe also NBC or with the likes of Conan O'Brian,Jay Leno or even the David Lettermen shows.the subscriber is unaware of the costing that goes into beaming these networks or shows to Sri Lanka so it would helpful of the satellite provider explain the process and cost of such an undertaking. such an undertaking would set the serious satellite provider apart from the competition.thats world class entertainment
